My co-workers and I are feeling the 'getting by' phenomena. We work for a good company - but those good wages only come after five plus years of service. I'm only in year two unfortunately. A year from now, I'll be doing better, but, that's a YEAR FROM NOW.
Three years from now, I'll be doing spectacular - nearly 1.75 times more than I make today.
