Probably won't need to fire a shot, though. In my experience, cowards run when they see that you are willing to fight back. First thought that comes to mind when I hear the morans talking gunz and revolution if they don't get their way is, "Who are they planning to shoot at?" The Bundy Bungle in a remote part of Oregon is Exhibit "A".

I'm not so sure, I have received threats of physical harm already from a wingnut who is in a group I meet with from time to time over my views this election season. Another who I have been friends with for some time won't even speak to me anymore. These folks are unhinged to say the least. I too am armed and trained but I'd hate to have to use deadly force against anyone.

My point is that their shooting would in no way advance overthrowing the government. That requires planning and organization, not to mention a vision for the future.

There is visceral anger or there, but the problem is it is unfocused. It is roughly divided between those that want less government, and those that want better government. They could end up shooting at each other.

Republican politicians fall back in line behind Trump after defecting: It has truly been a surreal cycle to watch. Many Republican elected officials are personally outraged and ashamed by something their party’s nominee says or does. So they distance themselves. But as soon as they face a whiff of blowback from some in the party, they cave and fall back in line. Then they offer up excuses and rationalizations, twisting themselves into pretzels to justify voting for a guy who some will tell you privately is a danger to the Republic. It’s happened over and over again now, and it validates what Trump himself said during the primaries: Many politicians are indeed craven and interested mainly in maintaining power for themselves, principles be damned. That requires planning and organization, not to mention a vision for the future can't use the preceding words as the NSA has too many tic tacs however your comment made me think of possibilities .... Gen Flynn is a nut case as are all of Mr Trumps advisors .... how many in the military and other associated departments would it take for the words i can not use to happen? these characters have a vision and it doesn't include you use your imagination for the how and consider that 30% to 50% of the country would probably support it. do any of these thugs have the cajones to attempt the words i can not use???? because at this point i think that is all that is lacking
