Unless maybe we're talking about a New York Style cheesecake with an Oreo crust and topped with a rich smooth ganache.

I was speaking of eatin' cheeses. Like big hunks of cheddar, swiss or limburger. Best not to mix those with chocolate. That's a flavor combination not soon forgotten.

A cannoli stuffed with ricotta and chocolate chips be pretty good too.
Funny you should mention Limberger. Not many eat it these days but I love it.

Waitaminit waitaminit, there are MANY cheeses that go well with chocolate. I have a chocolate cheese in my fridge right now (3000 miles from here). A really dark chocolate and goat cheese... Yum! Host a Cheese and Chocolate Tasting: The Perfect Pair

A well reasoned argument is like a diamond: impervious to corruption and crystal clear - and infinitely rarer.

Here, as elsewhere, people are outraged at what feels like a rigged game -- an economy that won't respond, a democracy that won't listen, and a financial sector that holds all the cards. - Robert Reich

It is funny how two things that are great, taken each at a time, don't necessarily go well when combined.

True enough. I am probably one percent of the population on this; I like peanuts, I love chocolate but bring them together and all I can see is toxic waste. I understand that the vast majority of people love this and I wish I did also but the aroma and flavor make me want to wretch.

Yes there are many things that need to be addressed in America: racism, income inequality, banksters and corporations buying our politicians effectively controlling our country - but, this is no reason to elect an unhinged lunatic " 'billionaire' businessman."

I'm in that 1% with you. Can't stand peanut butter and chocolate together, but I love both individually.

Peanut brittle, excellent. Likewise chocolate and coconut.
Orange chocolate is fine, too. Love those Milano cookies.
