Sure, why not?  It will be YOU who will be spending the next 240 hrs exercising it all off.  I worked at CF waiting tables when I was in college. One slice of Adams was 3000kcal at the time, which meant you'd gain one pound just eating a slice.

If you ate one slice a day for a year, you would gain 365 pounds!

For the true chocoholic, let me recommend a Flourless Chocolate Cake. Since(as the name implies) it has no flour it's even Kosher for Passover.
