In seriousness, I expect the issues in the coming years to be most basically revolving around more stonewalling of good government. Many predicted that the weaknesses Obamacare would lead to a single-payer system - I don't think it will get there in the next Presidential term, but there will be a lot of what passes for debate about it, which might raise the tide.

Assuming Clinton wins and the Senate majority goes "D", we will see some pyrotechnics about SCOTUS appointments, but the D's will either get tough (stop snickering) and bulldoze the Senate minority, or enough R senators will see the approaching cliff edge and do their duty.
