And if Hillary gets the Senate it looks like she is going to get for the next two years, the House can impeach her every day and the Senate will just vote it down each time. Then they'll get down to business and confirm all those judges. The House has nothing to do with judicial appointments.
Even if the ONLY thing she does is to build a healthy young Liberal Supreme Court the Republicans have lost pretty much everything for the next 30 years.
