They impeach in The House but the trial is in the Senate. A Democratic Senate could have a one minute trial with a not guilty verdict every time The House impeaches her. So as long as she flips The Senate (which is a pretty sure bet) she will be fine.

The House will continue to be as useless as their 40 Obamacare defunding votes.
