It's pretty good for me: The only side effect is sometimes I get facial flushing for 20 minutes about three hours after I take a dose. Otherwise, nothing else. No stomach problems, no flu-like symptoms, same recovery from colds as normals, and no wound healing issues.
Fortunately insurance pays most of that, but it is a huge transfer of money from the insurance company to the drug company. Part of the reason insurance is so expensive and keeps going up.
