And a poll said 35% of voters told them the new email scandal is the final nail in Hillary's coffin... Presumably the 35% who were going to support Trump anyway.
I think everybody who was going to vote (or has already voted) for Hillary sees it as Republican grandstanding.

I think everybody who was going to vote (or has already voted) for Hillary sees it as Republican grandstanding. It's effect on the polls and the chances of her winning have been negligible (Nate had already pretty much simulated the possibility, even before new polls came in). Comey fvcked up his career for nothing. Not really. He is at the top position he could have hoped to reach and there is probably nowhere to go but out. Now he can claim some of those lucrative board positions or think tank "jobs" Republicans use to payoff their loyalists in high positions. Or maybe he will run for a partisan office. Now Republicans will see him as one of their own. Not charging Clinton put him in non-partisan limbo, as far as running in the future. Probably was a smart career move.

Since it takes both houses to pass legislation; both houses need to be flipped or flip the Senate and significantly weaken Republican hold in the house. Otherwise nothing will get done; they will impeach Hillary, no budget will be passed, Bernie's agenda will die on the floor, the ACA will be repealed with the old way of insurance returning.

They impeach in The House but the trial is in the Senate. A Democratic Senate could have a one minute trial with a not guilty verdict every time The House impeaches her. So as long as she flips The Senate (which is a pretty sure bet) she will be fine.
The House will continue to be as useless as their 40 Obamacare defunding votes.

Would blocking Supreme Court judges unleash constitutional confusion? IF HILLARY BECOMES PRESIDENT, I’M GOING TO DO EVERYTHING I CAN DO TO MAKE SURE THAT FOUR YEARS FROM NOW, WE’RE STILL GOING TO HAVE AN OPENING ON THE SUPREME COURT. U.S. Sen. Richard Burr, R-N.C.

Not quite a toss up. It's looking more like the general election in probabilistic terms. ![[Linked Image from s15.postimg.org]](https://s15.postimg.org/o2btfi37v/Senate.png)

I have a hard time understanding some folks I will reject any candidate whose record indicates they will use the court to put in place their personal or political agenda and yet Sen Burr would accept any candidate who would support his personal and political agenda
ignorance is the enemy without equality there is no liberty America can survive bad policy, but not destruction of our Democratic institutions
