I doubt there was enough voter suppression and fraud to change the results. It was simply a lot of people believing a demagogue. It's actually going to be fun watching them slowly become disillusioned with him to the point they all want his head on a pike, for all the impossible promises he has made.
After all, everybody surrounding him is a Republican and they all believe government can't do anything right (and make sure of that). So much for the big wall, deportation, manufacturing jobs, etc. Those things are not within his power, even as the most powerful man in the world.
It would require a Socialist Dear Leader (n. Korea-style) willing to devote many years of our GDP to such Long Marches.
