Your'e not making any sense here. Just slinging out politically inflammatory misconceptions. Hit a nerve, I see.

I am not surprised that our resident Republicans have wriggled out to be nose-rubby, even though I have tried a MULTITUDE of times to give them the opportunity to provide substance to their claims.
The post-election issues will be the same as the election issues. (Those that want to sow chaos will do so. They would have been following behind the fascists, too.) People want security, they want the economy to improve, they want to get money out of politics, they want a functioning government - and many just voted for the opposite of all of that.
On another thread I posted my predictions of a Trump America. I expect to be held to account for them. It would be interesting to get some substantive expressions from our conservative brethren of what THEY think Trump stands for and will accomplish. And, most importantly, how?

No, I'm referring to the people rioting in the streets, destroying property that isn't their's. How could you think otherwise?
No, none of my boys would be painting Nazi swastikas. Why would you try to label (libel) me like that? Why would you try to libel liberals? The overwhelming majority of the protesters are peaceful. I can't help it, and neither can they, that opportunistic elements see the protests as a chance to jump on stage. I have identified the worst of the worst for you, and told you what their platform is, it's ANARCHY. Liberals are not anarchists, although some liberals like to believe in a subtle form of left-libertarianism which follows certain laissez-faire approaches.

It's okay, Jeffery. ALL (note the satire, please) right wingers are hyperbolists - it's part of the job description.

And how many of those elements are agents provocateurs ? Righties have been known to do that too...

Hey I am guilty of hyperbole too. Get called on it quite a bit, too!

No one is more hyperbolic than Me! I'm the best at hyperbole! I'm the master, and there's no one who's ever been close.

I've spent the last hour plus re-reading a good deal of information/reportage about the Trump campaign, and some of the things he says he'll focus on. It made me very depressed, just when I was getting sanguine.

What do you mean, "nice"? I break the Trump post-election issues into three categories (unless I think of more...). First, are campaign promises he will likely pursue and may be able to accomplish. Donald Trump's campaign promises for the first 100 days. For example, he can scrap DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) and background checks at gun shows. While incredibly wrong-headed and counterproductive, he can do that and claim victories. He'll get Congressional support for some of his tax proposals, too. Second are the campaign promises he'll walk away from almost immediately. Is Donald Trump already walking away from campaign promises? He's already backed away from scrapping the ACA, for example. Third are things he'd "like" to do, but Congress won't let him. That may be a bigger list than he imagines right now, but it depends on whether he'll actually attempt some of them (like draining the swamp... by appointing GOP insiders, Wall Street lobbyists), or will allow Congress to make their own priorities. George W. Bush is considered one of the 10 worst Presidents in history. Trump will make that legacy seem quaint.
