Share, please? I was hoping for discussion here, maybe getting a little outside of the box. What I am getting is vague resistance - talk of looking for some buckets but no thought about where the water will come from.

You asked about my efforts... that would be some 30 years of trying to develop workable alternatives to Capitalism. It's not been going well but I have learned a lot.

Much of the protest going on around the country is based on Unions, BLM, Green, Student Organizations... In NYC there are dozens of organizations that are actively participating in the demonstrations... but then, you already knew that didn't ya? coffee
Do your homework. You're a big boy. You haven't been looking in the right places, it would seem.
I have been active in politics going on 45 years. Still am. Will probably die working. But that is not important.
Workable alternatives? Ujest Shurly. ROTFMOL

I love your tongue-in-cheek parody of an arrogant ivory tower liberal!

Now, when can we discuss some ideas and issues like rational folks? I'm off to work now, so my participation will have to be postponed.

When you actually have some?

Musically speaking, that happens to be an incredibly beautiful piece.
Our old borrowed Welsh drinking song sounds like the baying of starving flea-bitten hounds next to it.

I wish we could make the Ray Charles version of "America the Beautiful" into our new anthem.

I second the wish!

I also like Neil Diamond's "Coming to America"

Hope this video works like the Ray Charles video does...
