The advantage for the Dems is the opportunity for new blood. Clinton was nearly 70, Bernie is 74. It is time for a new generation. Hopefully there will be a country left for then to run in.

Bernie was on The View today 11/14/16. I can't help but think that if Bernie was Hillary's VP, that we would have won. Bernie is da bomb. Hillary just bombed. Not even white women votedfor her.

Really, Democrats, pick somebody who white women can look up to like their fathers. Somebody men can look up to as a solid guy. And not crazy, rapey, racist Dad. Some married guy who looks decent and has been married to the same woman for a very long time, who DOESN'T ever cheat on her, and has raised some successful children.
A business, military, or law career would be a plus. Some combination of all of them would be great.

It was a really good job, and I served under both a Republican and Democratic AG. I left there to return to active duty in the Army. Alas, my wife would kill me if I ran for office, but I may become a party member.
