surrogates often repeated P4P without any direct evidence simply using the Schweizer's "pattern" of potential wrongdoing as factual evidence

we now have Mr Trump in a similar situation i.e. his business enterprise has no direct evidence but certainly the same patterns can be seen

so basically we have patterns without evidence of actual criminal activity ... but surrogates can only see it in one direction

not much of a stretch to say Mr Trump will be in many sticky ethical situations while president and Republicans/conservatives will defend his activities as legal and ethical
