Okay, legitimate physician says Trump is in good mental health and scored 30 out of 30 on a cognitive test used to detect neurological problems. So he's totally responsible for all the stupid stuff he does!
Like admitting he obstructed justice when he did all that stuff to kill the investigation into Flynn. Flynn has pleaded guilty now, so that is the actual crime. Collusion is not necessary, because obstruction of justice is a perfectly good high crime impeachable offense. He can't pardon himself either because acceptance of a pardon means you admit to the crime, and impeachment does not require a criminal offense! So even if he pardoned himself for it, it would still be grounds for impeachment. They wouldn't even need to try him in the Senate because he would have already admitted to committing the offense.
