Evangelicals are all about forgiveness. Adolf Hitler could go on TV and beg Jebus for forgiveness and they would welcome him into their congregation. Screwed your tween daughter 400 times? Just get good with God and all is forgiven.
Funny thing though, Trump went on TV and said he's never asked God to forgive anything. I guess they tuned that out.
