Donald Trump IS a dissolute creature. Because of this, it has always been a mystery why he would want to be President of a country he loathes. I'm not sure he did, but saw the run as an opportunity to make money. His patron, however, had a different agenda. He wanted to get back at HER, and us. Trump is the perfect tool. He is easily manipulated, is not smart, and impossibly weak.

As President, Trump has done Putin's bidding at every opportunity, often in obvious and obsequious fashion. Because Trump is famously incapable of following a plan to conclusion, then, it is surprising that he has done so with the Justice Department. If you think about the targets Trump had attacked at Justice, what do they have in common? Not anti-Trump bias (as he'd have you believe), rather, they have all, at one time or another, been a thorn in Putin's side.

I'll post detail later, but the gist is this: They were all responsible for investigating and prosecuting Russian organized crime. Andrew McCabe was a supervisory special agent at the Eurasian Organized Crime Task Force, beginning in 2003; Peter Strzok was lead agent in the FBI's "Operation Ghost Stories" against Andrey Bezrukov and Yelena Vavilova, a Russian spy couple who were part of the Illegals Program, a network of Russian sleeper agents who were arrested in 2010. He rose through the ranks in counterespionage and counterintelligence; Lisa Page, same, and Bruce Ohr, ditto.

The digs at Trump from McCain's funeral are priceless. Dead Andrew's blog for aggrieved and angry old white Conservatives is foaming and frothing at the mouth. They're all in a dither over there.

I absolutely agree that Fatboy hates America. His Cabinet picks validate this point.

I firmly believe that Mueller will nail Trump as a Russian something (traitor, spy, bought and paid for, debtor, etc - one or all).

As usual we will find out, in the fullness of time (hopefully not too long thereby giving the Jackass the time to shut down the investigation, start putting troops on the streets to guard again Leftist Terrorists, and then taking over). The formula is well known - there are even books on it! (I think Albright wrote one called "Facism")

I firmly believe, and maybe this is just a conspiracy "theory," but it fits all the known facts: Putin is pulling Trump's strings. Trump is attacking the elements of the Justice Department and FBI that have been most successful in pursuing Russian Oligarchs/Mob Bosses (they are the same people). It is the only pattern that fits. It is the ONLY reason that Bruce Ohr's name could have come up.

Logic.

Of course Putin is pulling his strings. The money launderer in chief is deeply in debt to Russia. Putin's goal is to bankrupt the US just like the USSR. I see our debt has just reached a record $21 Trillion so it's working perfectly.

This is a very interesting line of thought . . and I like it . . . a lot!

Even before the election I thought it was suspicious that anyone to have gone through all those bankruptcies and have no US bank willing to touch him with money was still considered a "successful" businessman. Plus, not revealing any of his income tax information. I figured that somehow #45 was beholding to the Russian mafia, not necessarily Putin though.

This line of thought has made clear to me that he is somewhere on the spectrum of asset to agent for the Russians and Putin. Maybe closer to agent, although he seems rather clumsy at the whole thing.
