You kidding? We have subdivisions like that and there's no Costco in the middle.

Even Mississippi is getting its first warehouse later this Fall 2019. The rednecks in Mississippi fought Costco for YEARS in opening a Mississippi warehouse. Why? Starting wage at Costco is $15.00/hr. The residents also object to Costco being Membership to shop and purchase fuel. Apparently too high-brow for them.
