It's good to see that the Trump Cabal is (finally!) getting its comeuppance. It has been frustrating seeing them get away with their crimes.

Rick, I hope you fall in love with your new dog as much as he falls in love with you. By the way, we call Betty Boop a bunch of different names.

1. Betty Boop
2. Betty
3. Boopers
4. Schmoopie Boopie
5. LiMu Emu

That last one because she is every bit as goofy as the LiMu Emu and if she had flightless wings, she'd BE the LiMu Emu.

Well...Mrs. Emu...

Day before yesterday she didn't just BARK at dogs on the TV screen, she ATTACKED the TV screen, and we now have eight vertical rainbow colored bars running top to bottom on the screen.

Oh well, it was a fourteen year old 32 inch HDTV, worth about five bucks today, replacement cost probably 149 bucks, that TV set didn't owe us anything, LOL.
Karen wanted a new "smart TV" anyway for the bedroom.

The family room TV has a hard glass screen, thank God!
So does the living room set.

Rocksus has a yeast infection in his left ear and one hot spot. On Saturday afternoon when I pick him up, he'll then go get his full panel of shots and that will be last time with his first owner.

gobsmacked, cry

I like the hashtag. Our last dog was Phoebe (my wife, who can't spell, registered her as Feebee), a 3ish year old Lab-Border Collie mix. The vet gave us three reasons not to adopt her, which we promptly ignored. All the issues resolved within a month, including the hot spots. She was just bored and anxious. She was the smartest, gentlist and most patient dog I've ever known. Kids would climb on her, and cats would cuddle with her.

Huskies, like pit bulls, require lots of exercise, my friend. It will be good for you, too! I can't wait to meet him.

When I got Sammy, he was 3. I used to run him when I rode a bike. it's too hilly here to do that for Rocksus. Hmm

We we will def have a doggie play date or more with you. smile

Saw Amy Klobuchar on Real Time tonight. In the past, she did not really impress me. Tonight she did. I thought: Huh...interesting.

Then briefly fantasized about a Klobuchar/Buttigieg ticket. smile

I like her, but she isn't going anywhere. The candidates I like and would support have a habit of getting tossed aside, usually fairly early.

It's high past time that we start electing Americans to congress and the presidency who put America first instead of their political party. For way too long we have been electing Republicans and Democrats who happen to be Americans instead of Americans who happen to be Republicans and Democrats.
