Chipped and broken woodwork, threadbare carpet, funny smells, worn furniture, messy offices, plumbing and electric problems, all documented by a good many past crew and participants.
Way back in the day, when Greta Van Sustren still had her blog on Fox when she still worked at Fox, there was a Conservative in NC whose community fixed-up a local park.
Then a while later, the same NC poster said they were fixing-up the local park. The last time was a year prior.
The point is, the conservatives tend not to maintain what they have, they let it fall apart and turn to shyte and just renew all over again.
