There are certain conservatives who control the rightwing narrative. Matt Drudge is one of those righwingers. Ever since the Ukrainian call became public early last month, Drudge's main headlines have been very negative towards Trump. We know that conservatives are sheep and look to their rightwing media lords to spoon-feed them their pabulum, and I think that Drudge is preparing his Drudge-reading base to expect Trump to be impeached and the impeachment will be legitimate because Trump did the crime as all of the stories that Drudge is linking to are showing.

White House lawyer moved transcript...ver after Ukraine adviser raised alarms (WaPo, subscription) In his statement to lawmakers, Vindman said he “did not think it was proper to demand that a foreign government investigate a U.S. citizen, and I was worried about the implications for the U.S. government’s support of Ukraine.”
After the call, Vindman hurried to Eisenberg’s door, bringing with him his twin brother, Yevgeny, an ethics attorney on the National Security Council. Ellis, a deputy legal adviser to the National Security Council, also joined the discussion, the person said.
Vindman read out loud notes he took of the president’s call. Eisenberg then suggested that the National Security Council move records of the call to a separate, highly classified computer system, Vindman told lawmakers.
The White House lawyer later directed the transcript’s removal to a system known as NICE, for NSC Intelligence Collaboration Environment, which is normally reserved for code-word-level intelligence programs and top-secret sources and methods, according to an administration official. This is very, very bad - for the lawyer.

Donald Trump told a group of GOP donors that if he was ever shot, Melanie would not cry for him. Neither would I, Donald, neither would I.

Sane people have always known that the White House released notes of the July 25th call, only Trump sycophants believed what the WH released was a "transcript."

Trump has set out to give lots of campaign money to Senators who support him. Senators who will serve as the jury at his impeachment trial. This is also known as bribing the jury. Felony Bribery “Any other American who offered cash to the jury before a trial would go to prison for felony bribery .... Criminal,” he added. Painter also indicated those who accept the campaign cash before a Senate trial are “guilty of accepting a bribe.”
