Dear Danny Cevalos,

With regard to Marie Yovanovich’s testimony:
With all due respect, you omitted a major point this morning on MSNBC.
You stated that the defense is arguing that Trump has freedom of speech and you correctly pointed out that there's still some limit to that, and that many courts routinely strike down 1A arguments in criminal procedings.

But...if I may be so candid, the whole free speech issue is null and void because POTUS exercised his speech via Twitter and his Twitter acct has been ruled "Official White House Communications", which of course means it is official government communications and as such...HOLY COW...constitutes OFFICIAL GOVERNMENT HARASSMENT.
And that is a direct contradiction OF the very CORE of the First Amendment.

Simply put, Donald Trump just pissed all over the Constitution, again.
And this time his constitutional urinary excretions have very nearly caused that sacred and esteemed document to burst into flames, flames that we all should be revulsed by as Americans.
