The only people that can 25A the president is his cabinet, or the VP with either the cabinet or some other group ginned up by congress that still has to pass as a bill.
But who benefits from having a loopy president? The same people that are the only people that can dump him. Oh of course but House and Senate Republicans would be all over that cabinet, demanding they take action, and screeching like banshees if they do not.

I see Lindsey Graham is opening an investigation into the Bidens. This should be good for a laugh: Alt-Right conspiracy nutjobs who testify as to their masturbatory fantasies. Because Miss Lindsey won't find any actual witnesses, since no Biden corruption ever happened.
