Oh of course but House and Senate Republicans would be all over that cabinet, demanding they take action, and screeching like banshees if they do not.

They screech no matter what you do. Why anyone cares that they do it, I don't know.

If it weren't for the schmoes that they keep making into judges, I wouldn't even care that they're there at all.
