That's right, and this one isn't.
Chief Justice Roberts might be sitting on evidence that would do just that.
He'll rule that the subpoenas may go forward in June. By September someone might get a look at the tax returns. By March of next year some irregularities might be found.
And some people may be forced to testify in regards to the current impeachment.

But all that is too little too late. And Republican Roberts knows that.
