I'm currently half way through this book and am pleasantly surprised at how well written it is and how thoughtful it is. I went in to it slightly scared that it would be nothing but example after example of "they believe this but they support this person. Bad evangelical!" But it goes deeper into philosophy and more nuanced positions than I expected, and also gives the reasons for their behavior which I think make a strong argument.

smile Glad you are enjoying it - I, too, appreciated the arguments that followed both the social science and the position-arguments. Nutpicking is an easy form of argument, but not a convincing one.
