Yep, he a big ole sky daddy. Frightful big. Too big for the likes of us to understand.
His worshipers though are somewhat smaller and easier to figure out.  Sooo, size does matter?
You never change things by fighting the existing reality.
To change something, build a new model that makes the old model obsolete.
