Here is the flaw in Republican rebuttals regarding the Democrat failure to seek remedy in the courts for witnesses. Even if the courts say the witnesses should testify, there is no guarantee any would actually testify. This is a different ball game. A game in which Mr Trump does not play with the same rules as previous elected officials.
