totally expected. This whole shenanigan was a total waste of time, energy and money. Whatever evidence was offered failed to convince a single person who wasn't convinced way back before the official hearings. In fact on 13 Nov 48% of Americans were in favor of impeachment and removal, 45% against. Today it's 47% for impeachment and removal, 48% against. A very minor shift of 4 points, but 4 points against the Democrats point of view.

It's high past time that we start electing Americans to congress and the presidency who put America first instead of their political party. For way too long we have been electing Republicans and Democrats who happen to be Americans instead of Americans who happen to be Republicans and Democrats.
