I agree. I hate awards based strictly on partisanship or politics. Even in my long military career I seen people get awards just because they know whose butt to suck, politics in other words. By the way, being a numbers guy I've been checking the most recent polls since Iowa on NH. Three of them, Boston Globe, Emerson and St. anseim. Buttigieg has moved into third, averageing the three polls together it is, Sanders 26, Biden 18, Buttigieg 14, Warren 13. That's a jump of six points for Buttigieg since 3 Feb or in 2 days.

Sanders is still the over whelming favorite to win NH. But if Buttigieg can overtake Biden and finish 2nd. Who the heck knows. Biden is strong in Nevada and South Carolina, especially South Carolina where he leads by Sanders by 14. Nevada is close.

No new polls in Nevada or south Carolina since the end of January. So they might be out of date. I'll give it a few more days, a week or so to see if Buttigieg continues to move up in NH or if this 6 point jump was just a fluke as a result of Iowa, then drops back down or if it has staying power.

It's high past time that we start electing Americans to congress and the presidency who put America first instead of their political party. For way too long we have been electing Republicans and Democrats who happen to be Americans instead of Americans who happen to be Republicans and Democrats.
