I said I would never get a Smart Phone until the plan price point was $15.00/month. In the meantime, I'll just use my flip phone. Besides, strangers out there are more than willing to look something up for me when I show them my flip phone - so I really didn't need a Smart Phone.
Even though I said I wouldn't pull the trigger until $15.00/month, I acquiesced and said if the plans go to $20.00/month I'll do it.
Right now I pay $12.00/month for my flip on ATT.
Welp, Consumer Cellular had a commercial over the weekend for $20.00/month 250 mins talk / 500MB data. I was about to get it when a friend of mine who has Cricket said go look at Cricket. So I did...and they have a $15.00/mo 2GB data plan with $5.00/month discount for auto-pay...so $10.00/month out the door. Such a deal!!!!! No...seriously...such a deal!!!!!!
So I will be joining the ranks of you Smart Phone peeps when Cricket sends me the brand-new iPhone7 in the next day or two.
No...seriously...such a deal!!!!!!
