Reopening most things seems appropriate. Now those in and around the Atlanta area, that might be considered crazy. Well over half of all cases and deaths in Georgia have occurred in and around Atlanta. Atlanta heavily Democratic, the rest of Georgia, pretty much Republican.
Based on the article, it is easy to see and understand the huge political difference between parties in keeping things closed and reopening.
