Oh, I doubt he would survive there for long. They would just milk it for all the anti-American propaganda possible and then bury him in an unmarked grave out in the countryside.
As for Congress or President Biden, prosecuting the Trump gang is not their job. They don't have to waste a second on that. That's why we have prosecutors and Attorney's General. If America is to get back on track as a Nation of Laws, then the guilty have to be punished. We're not talking about political differences here. We are talking about actual crimes which have to be punished or the next asshat who wins office will try the same BS. For that matter, I bet they could convict Flynn for perjury if they can just wait until Trump is out of office. Not for lying to the FBI, but for lying to the court when he pleaded guilty and then tried to change his mind. I bet there are tons of things they could indict Stone for: He's been doing this criminal stuff for decades.
