There was a a big financial meltdown that led to millions losing there jobs and houses. Stop making the Dem losses all about the ACA
Congress(and Obama) addressed healthcare when Americans wanted them to fix the economy and get them back to work.
Congress(and Obama) bailed out big business and left the average American to fend for himself during an historical recession.
So it certainly was not all about the ACA.
It was mostly because Obama was Black.
