Think Gov De Santis and AG Pam Bondi. There is no doubt in my mind should the NY AG indict Mr Trump and file extradition orders, FL will not comply. I suspect some frivolous, disingenuous reasoning will be used, like the Founding Fathers did not envision any state indicting a sitting nor a former president of any crime.
