My experience with neuropathology suggests that it was not medical at all, but rather a spiritual event with his black soul leaving his body after a spiritual rejection episode. Even a soul can only take so much torment!
TAT I must make a note... research has shown that "black soul" is a form of tar that is not water soluble. Therefore, all indications are that Rudy has been ingesting highly volatile liquids, either by drinking, or extreme huffing - perhaps intravenously. Or maybe bleach?

I would advise everybody that Trump has a disease which is, obviously, easily caught. Virtually all White House employees, for instance, have it. If you want to hire toadies, liars, and lackies then hire one - otherwise ..... I believe everybody is well aware of this disease. Its kinda tricky, not unlike Covid. Often people don't even know they have it but, apparently, from all reports most employers do know about it.

Contagious narcissism Also known as narcissism by proxy! As I have observed in several medical centers, narcissism is highly contagious, with the sycophants rapidly adapting the leader's characteristics, or else had better move on. Resistance to narcissism is regarded by the participants as traitorous, and is dealt with ruthlessly. This is why I was so appropriately apprehensive about rump's psychopathology. The academic world is full of narcissists with variable pathology, but the worst are the malignant narcissists! All narcissists hurt people, but the malignant narcissists enjoy it much more! They are extremely dangerous, even without much power, but with real power they come into their own. Heaven help us! Maybe the white evangelicals will put in a good word for the rest of us. I would like to ask them about how they like God's plan for America, except I'm pretty sure I wouldn't like their answers. TAT

Incurable, as none of them ever thinks that they needs curing.
My therapist friends, tell me that they only get narcissists as patients when they are under judicial orders, or otherwise avoiding legal actions.
Actual effective therapy requires a sincere wish or desire to change, and none want to because they know that they are already perfect!
Not that therapy has actually proved to be effective in innate character disorders, but it is possible for some that have acquired or chosen it for career purposes, might want to change, to ever have a career again! But Im not hopeful as there still seems to be a market for this BRAND!
