My therapist friends, tell me that they only get narcissists as patients when they are under judicial orders, or otherwise avoiding legal actions.

Actual effective therapy requires a sincere wish or desire to change, and none want to because they know that they are already perfect!

Not that therapy has actually proved to be effective in innate character disorders, but it is possible for some that have acquired or chosen it for career purposes, might want to change, to ever have a career again! But Im not hopeful as there still seems to be a market for this BRAND!
