My wife is from LaCrosse Wi, right across the Mississippi from Minnesota and everyone drove drunk, which I couldn’t understand, as at that time they had the record for most bars/mile, 400 plus, and one on every corner’

OK, I stand corrected and guilty of gross exaggeration and negligent disinformation! In my defense, it isn't easy to count them on a bar crawl while seeing double!
