The Constitution pretty much leaves "The TIme, Place and Manner of holding elections up to the different state legislatures with a couple of amendments added. So did the Arizona Senate break Arizona's election laws?

There's a grand jury and investigators looking into Trump's actions here in Georgia to decide whether he broke Georgia's election laws. Kemp and our secretary of state followed Georgia's election laws. I really don't know much about those laws, I go vote and that's about it. As I understand it, Trump's phone call falls in the category of trying to influence an election outcome.

I know nothing about Arizona and their election laws, so no help here.

It's high past time that we start electing Americans to congress and the presidency who put America first instead of their political party. For way too long we have been electing Republicans and Democrats who happen to be Americans instead of Americans who happen to be Republicans and Democrats.
