"ballot harvesting"
This term is reserved for a process whereby a single person or group accumulates numerous ballots from voters and deposits them in a ballot collection center to be later counted on election day.
This is simply a case of breaking the chain of custody, because there was no election official to take possession and maintain control of ballots. I would assume like most legal things when chain of custody has been compromised the evidence has been tainted and therefore becomes invalid.
Even if these clowns could actually count and understand the process of an audit and even if their results mirrored the previously conducted audits/recounts, it would still be invalid and meaningless. In other words these ballots may as well be burned. However, someone may still be accountable for failure to comply with federal law regarding security of ballots ... could it be the election commissioners? .... Sen Fann? .... Arizona Senate?
