So here's the thing, the SCOTUS already weighed in on this in 1921 which ruled that the US government can compel Americans to get the polio vaxx.
...but you know how the three knuckleheads that Trump appointed feel about "settled law" - they "say" it's settled, then rule completely against the "settled" law.
Then again, it's no surprise that a Righwinger will say one thing, and do another.
