I knew your health wasn't the best Gregor but I did not know that you needed then rejected walkers. How do you get around? Are you in a wheelchair? So far I thankfully don’t need a walker But I’m feeling the effects of age. I’m 70 years old FYI.

This past year has been rough for me but I’m still hanging in here…and there. I have always viewed life as sort of a roller coaster ride. In the beginning you clunk up the hill, then you glide around gaining speed, and then you go through a series of ever accelerating downhill loops.
