He did not crouch down he actually just dipped his head. But at the time it seemed as he had done so. All I know it was enough to totally startle me. And him I suppose too.

I know MDMA is certainly useful in treating PTSD, after just a few sessions! That's way way more effective than any other treatment. It works because every time a PTSD victim retells or even thinks about their trauma, it retraumatizes them, When they are on MDMA, they can retell their trauma story without the retraumatization, just because MDMA is so euphoric. I would not be surprised if psilocybin works the same way.

I was considering adding general fungal topics to the thread, but I think it more appropriate to start a parallel thread in science and medicine. This thread seems mainly dedicated to a specific magic mushroom and I hesitate to or such a spiritual discussion to end up with compost, though fungi are lovely once you get to know him/her/they. Pronouns are pretty much useless when you have 36,000 sexes! I am certainly no French scholar but the google machine says that in French articles le, la, and les, refer to nouns that are masculine, feminine, or plural, respectively, and should agree. Therefor its clear that this thread title, Le Schrooms, is an attempt to foist male domination onto an entire kingdom of eucaryotes, that unlike Plantae and Animalia have no interest in gender dichotomous issues! The correct title should be Les Schrooms! TAT

...this thread title, Le Schrooms, is an attempt to foist male domination... It's a white patriarchal world, and we just live in it...

Le and les are fairly tricky in spoken French. Most of the time the "s" is silent, so they sound exactly the same. The rule for pronouncing the "s" is the same as the English rule for using "a" versus "an". When the following word starts with a vowel, a "y", or an "h", you pronounce the "s".
So preceding "Shrooms", or "Mushrooms", or even "Fungi", "Le" would sound the same as "Les".
