Tech millionaire Joe Oltmann, the confirmed fifth member of Rudy Giuliani’s January 6 Willard Hotel 'War Room' dubbed “command center” by Oltmann reveals in a January 11 Facebook livestream that among the “25 to 30” individuals in Giuliani’s suite of offices at the Willard on Insurrection Day were the members of Giuliani’s "legal team.”

What Oltmann describes appears to be a serious national security breach: 18 U.S.C. 371 is conspiracy to commit any offense against the United States, or to defraud the United States.
