Shopping is and has always been a pain in the ass. All of us driving miles and miles in our pollutant spewing autos, filling the parking lots and jamming the stores is stupid and inefficient.

If anything good came of covid it was the improvement of delivery infrastructure.

Kroger recently built a huge robotic grocery warehouse nearby and deliver fresh groceries in refrigerated trucks. Grocery store prices and no tipping allowed. Between them and Amazon I never need to go "shopping"
