I'm not so sure we'll see the end of the filibuster.
Democrats are cowards and as long as it continues to serve Republicans I believe it will remain in place.
Republicans have held the Whitehouse, the Senate, and the House of Representatives and they have never considered repealing their primary lib-owning tool.
