Just finishing up a USDA SBIR grant proposal for R&D on a ceramic heat exchanger that will burn smoke to power a microturbine generator.
On February 18, 2010, 60 Minutes did a feature article on the Bloom Box. It was a ceramic heat exchanger generating electricity. I've been waiting for something like this to become readily commercial and viable.
