If you look at the Zillow pics of my house, you'll understand why I didn't get any Trick or Treaters. In fact, the guy who came last Tuesday to install the Anderson stormdoor said he has passed-by my house many times and thought my house was utility hut. THAT is why the previous owner didn't get any offers in two-and-a-half days and lowered the price $75K and I swooped in and grabbed it for the low price of $250K. smile
