My booster shot arm was really sore today. On the way home from work this afternoon, I felt like I had the chills and my entire mid-section internal organs feel achy and sore. I went to bed at 6:30 pm. It's now 11:45 pm and I feel great.

I guess it was the effects getting the COVID booster yesterday. Hmm

Going to read a little, then go back to bed...3:45 am comes early. coffee
