And that bipartisan support will lend gravity to the bill, and in fact make it easier to expand on with the goodies Dems have been fighting over for months. This is exactly how government is supposed to work. And this should have happened months ago. I blame neither the progressives. nor the moderates for the failure. Blame lies entirely with leadership for not hammering the deal out earlier.
Perhaps too much effort is being put into investigating Trump and not enough into managing the economy?
